With eight years of clinical experience in various manual therapy techniques, Stephanie’s background includes diplomas in Registered Massage Therapy, Manual Osteopathic Therapy, Holistic Nutrition and Personal Training.
Learning everything she can about the human body and enhancing her own healthspan has led to a fulfilling career in helping others do the same. It is Stephanie's passion to educate clients about their symptoms and empower them to take their health and wellness into their own hands.

When she isn't in the clinic, Stephanie enjoys painting and graphic design, lifting heavy things, and being outdoors with friends and her brittany spaniel, Aero.
Lia has a true passion for the lymphatic system, she was first drawn to lymphatic drainage therapy(LDT) when she heard that it could help your body eliminate toxins. She quickly learned that the lymphatic system was way more interesting then that. Lia has completed all 3 levels of LDT through the Chikly institute where she learned how to connect to the waters of the body and organs.
When Lia isn’t treating clients she is working as a journeywoman Electrician. She has been in the trades for 12 years and understands what its like working a physical labour job. Which is why she is taking her Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) training in May. This Dynamic fascial focused style of stretching has an immense benefit for anyone. Combining lymphatic, fascial stretch and massage, Lia brings a unique approach to treating the body.
In her spare time she enjoys painting with acrylic paints, drawing, being physically active and spending time with her elderly dog. Lia also enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She is excited to continue her education learning more about the body.
