With eight years of experience in coaching clients with a variety of backgrounds, skill levels, and goals, Stephanie brings a holistic approach to optimizing every individual's movement patterns to meet their goals.
Whether your goal is to get super strong, rehab an injury, or just move and feel better for your daily activities, Stephanie's got you covered.
Her absolute passion is working with people brand new to strength training and introducing them to the strength they didn't know they had!

Holistic Nutrition
Nutrition is half (if not more) of the battle when it comes to hitting any health-related goal. Whether the goal is to lift heavy, perform in sport, decrease health risks, or just feel incredible, the quality of the fuel we feed our tissues with matters.
Nutrient dense meals will aid in recovery, decrease systemic inflammation, support sleep quality, energy, and mood balance.
With a one-year diploma in Holistic Nutrition, Stephanie can help you understand how your symptoms may be related to the food you consume, from food sensitivities to nutrient imbalances. She will work with you to develop strategies to add in (not restrict) specific foods that will support your needs and goals.
Her main passion is in using nutrition to support sport performance, muscle building, and decrease inflammation and pain.
